You don't need a thousand SKUs to cover a market. A focused, proven line does the job — and it's far easier to stock, certify, train staff on and quote. Wanderoll builds ten folding power wheelchairs on its own line, grouped into five series, so a distributor can put almost any end-user in the right chair without carrying dead inventory. This page is the one-screen map: the five series, the full ten-model spec table, and a plain answer to "which models should my customers stock?"
All specs below are catalogue figures; full certificates and test reports are released to verified buyers on request. Battery chemistry is lithium ("Li"); the exact cell chemistry is confirmed per order.
Carbon — the carbon-fibre flagship
One model, and it's the headline chair. Carbon One has a full carbon-fibre frame at 16.5 kg, folds to 290 mm, runs twin 150 W brushless motors, and the battery lifts out in about three seconds. This is the chair for premium travel retail and any buyer whose customers ask "how light, how small, how fast to pack?" It carries the highest perceived value in the line, which makes it a strong hero product for an own-brand catalogue.
Comfort — tilt and recline for seating needs
Two models for buyers serving rehab, long-sitting and clinical users. Tilt (CMF-01) is a tilt-in-space chair with elevating orthopedic leg rests and twin 350 W motors (700 W total) — pressure management and positioning for users who can't reshift their own weight. Recline Pro (CMF-02) adds an adjustable recline angle and orthopedic leg rests on a dual 576 Wh battery, at 31.3 kg. These are heavier, higher-spec chairs aimed at care institutions and DME rather than carry-on travel.
Scooter — three-step folding mobility
One model for the "scooter, not a chair" shopper. Scout is a three-step whole-frame quick-fold travel scooter: single 180 W drive, two removable batteries, up to 20 km of range, 23.5 kg. It suits retailers and rental fleets whose customers want tiller steering and easy boot-loading rather than a joystick chair.
City — everyday power for daily use
The workhorse series — four models that cover most day-to-day demand, which makes it the backbone of a distributor's stock. City Range (CITY-01) is the volume everyday chair: up to 25 km range, removable battery, 22.7 kg. City One (CITY-02) adds remote-control folding and a dual battery bay (288 / 576 Wh) with a 150 kg seat rating. City Power (CITY-03) steps up to twin 300 W motors and a PU backrest, also rated to 150 kg. City Flex (CITY-04) is the newest frame with a semi-folding backrest and a battery offered in two configs (250 / 499 Wh), at 26.3 kg. Between them you can match range, drive power, user weight and budget without leaving the series.
Air — sub-19 kg ultralight travel
Two ultralight aluminium chairs for travel and e-commerce, where shipping weight and "can it fly?" drive the sale. Air Lite (AIR-01) is 17.6 kg with twin 200 W brushless motors and a quick-release battery. Air Pro (AIR-02) uses a new ergonomic seat frame, the same twin 200 W drive and a removable battery, at 18.4 kg. Both pack down for travel and ship economically — useful when freight cost is part of your landed price.

A note on cabin travel: UN38.3 certifies a battery as safe to transport — it does not by itself mean the chair can go in an aircraft cabin. Cabin carry-on depends on watt-hours, and many airlines cap removable mobility batteries around 300 Wh. So the ultralight and carbon chairs are generally the more cabin-friendly story, while dual-battery models such as Recline Pro (576 Wh) travel as freight. Always confirm with the specific carrier.
Which models should you stock?
Match the series to your channel, not the other way round:
- Travel & lifestyle retail → lead with Air Lite, Air Pro and Carbon One. Light, packable, and the "fits in the boot / flies more easily" pitch that travel buyers want. Carbon One is your premium hero; the Air pair covers the accessible price points.
- Care homes, rehab & DME → Tilt and Recline Pro for seating and positioning, backed by City Power (twin 300 W, 150 kg) for heavier daily users. This is the comfort-and-capacity end of the line.
- High-volume e-commerce & general mobility retail → build around the City series — City Range as the everyday volume seller, City One and City Flex for range and fold options — plus the Air chairs, which are light enough to keep parcel shipping economical.
- Scooter-focused dealers & rental → Scout gives you a tiller-steered, quick-fold option alongside the chairs without adding a second supplier.
Most distributors don't need all ten on the shelf on day one. A common pattern is to launch with two or three that fit your core channel — say City Range plus Air Lite, or Carbon One plus Recline Pro — then widen the range as demand tells you where it is. Because every model is built on the same line and OEM / ODM-ready from low minimums, you can add SKUs under one brand and one set of documentation rather than re-sourcing each time.
Tell us your market and your channel, and we'll recommend the right two or three models to start, send the line sheet and certificates, and quote OEM / ODM options. → Request a quote
