Are you a factory or a trading company?

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ is scaled to the model and your stage, with low minimums for OEM and private label. We quote the exact MOQ on enquiry against the models and volumes you have in mind.

What are your lead times?

Lead time is quoted per order, model and quantity, with stock programmes available for repeat orders. Tell us your models and volumes and we'll confirm a date with the quote.

What payment terms do you accept?

Terms are confirmed on your quote and follow standard international trade practice.

Can I order samples before a production run?

Yes — samples are available on request so you can check build quality before committing to a production order. Sample terms are confirmed with your enquiry.

OEM, ODM & private label

Do you offer OEM / private label?

Yes. Put your brand on a certified, proven line — your logo, colours, manuals and retail packaging, produced on the same ISO 13485 line from low minimums. See OEM / ODM capability →

Can you build to my own design (ODM)?

Yes. Designs are developed and patented in-house, and we take on custom and ODM work — from configuration changes to design briefs — on the same certified production line.

Can you match a model I'm already buying?

In most cases, yes — across the carbon-fibre and aluminium power range. Send us the specification or a sample and we'll advise on the closest platform and any tooling needed.

Compliance & quality

What certifications do you hold?

CE · EU MDR 2017/745 · ISO 13485, plus UN38.3 for lithium batteries. Declarations of conformity, certificates and test reports are released to verified buyers on request. See certifications →

Do you have FDA clearance?

We don't market an FDA clearance we don't hold. We support market-specific registration and documentation for your country — ask us about the route for the US or any market you're entering.

How is quality controlled?

Production runs under an ISO 13485 medical-device quality system. Every chair is function-tested at end of line — powered, driven and braked before it ships — backed by an in-house laboratory and testing equipment. Video inspection of your production run is available on request.

Export, shipping & support

Which markets do you export to?

North America, Europe, Australia and Japan, and worldwide. We currently supply 10 distributor partners across North America, Europe and Australia.

How do you ship, and on what Incoterms?

We export worldwide by sea and air. Packaging, port of loading and Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.) are confirmed per order with your quote.

What about warranty, spare parts and after-sales?

Warranty, spare-parts supply and technical support are provided to our distributor partners — exact terms are confirmed on your agreement. See after-sales & support →

How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

Within 24 working hours. Send the models, volumes and target market and we'll come back with a line sheet, quote and certificates.
