Yes. Designs are developed and patented in-house, and we take on custom and ODM work — from configuration changes to design briefs — on the same certified production line.
In most cases, yes — across the carbon-fibre and aluminium power range. Send us the specification or a sample and we'll advise on the closest platform and any tooling needed.
CE · EU MDR 2017/745 · ISO 13485, plus UN38.3 for lithium batteries. Declarations of conformity, certificates and test reports are released to verified buyers on request. See certifications →

Yes — orders run on a deposit-plus-balance structure that follows standard international trade practice, with the exact percentages and balance trigger confirmed on your quote and agreement. We set this against your models, volumes and Incoterms rather than quoting a fixed figure.
Sample availability and timing depend on the model and whether it is a stock unit or a branded / modified build. We quote the sample lead time and any tooling or set-up needed alongside your enquiry, so you can check build quality before a production run. (Sample availability itself is already covered in our main FAQ — here we mean the lead time and tooling specifics.)
Yes — a single order can combine models from across the ten-model line, which is common for distributors building an initial range. The mix affects MOQ, pricing and container planning, so we confirm the workable split on your quote.
Single-SKU runs and mixed trial orders are quoted differently, with lower minimums available for OEM and private label. Rather than a blanket number, we set the MOQ against the exact models and volumes you have in mind. (Our main FAQ covers MOQ in general; this answers the mixed-vs-single distinction.)
Yes — stock programmes are available for repeat orders, which shortens lead time on models you carry continuously. We set these up once we understand your reorder cadence and forecast.
Yes — we work with defended distributor territories so your brand premium stays yours, and territory terms are agreed in writing on your distribution agreement. Coverage, exclusivity and volume expectations are set per market.
Yes. Tell us your target market, buyer type and price positioning and we'll recommend a starting range from the ten models — typically a mix of a flagship, an everyday city chair and an ultralight travel chair. Send your priorities and we'll come back with a suggested line sheet.
The ultralight travel chairs are the lightest in the line: Carbon One at 16.5 kg (full carbon-fibre flagship), Air Lite at 17.6 kg and Air Pro at 18.4 kg — all sub-19 kg. City and comfort models are heavier because they carry larger batteries and frames.
Lithium ("Li"). The specific cell chemistry is confirmed per order, since it can affect shipping declaration and documentation. We don't lock a single chemistry into marketing copy across every model.
Most models use a removable battery, and several offer a dual-battery configuration — for example City One has a dual battery bay (288 / 576 Wh) and Recline Pro runs a dual 576 Wh battery. Carbon One's battery comes out in about three seconds. Exact battery options are listed per model on the product pages.
It varies by model and battery configuration — City Range is rated up to 25 km per charge and Scout up to 20 km, for example. Real-world range depends on rider weight, terrain and battery option, so we publish the rated figures per model rather than a single headline number.
It depends on the model — Carbon One folds to 290 mm, Scout is a three-step whole-frame quick-fold scooter, and City One folds by remote control. Folded dimensions are listed per model; tell us your priority (boot/trunk fit, cabin carry, storage) and we'll point you to the right ones.
Capacity is rated per model — several City models are rated to a 150 kg seat, for example. We confirm the exact rated capacity for any model on request so you can match it to your market's typical rider.
Coverage varies by model — CE and EU MDR in particular are confirmed per model, not assumed across the whole line. We tell you exactly which marks apply to the models you're quoting, and full certificates are released to verified buyers on request. (Our main FAQ lists which certifications we hold; this clarifies that you should confirm per model.)
Yes — CE / EU MDR Declarations of Conformity are issued per model and released to verified buyers, alongside certificates and test reports. Confirm the models you intend to import and we'll match the documentation.
Under EU MDR, a non-EU manufacturer needs an EU Authorised Representative for devices placed on the EU market. We support your route into the EU and can advise on the Authorised Representative requirement and documentation for the models you're importing — discuss the specifics with us for your market.
We don't market an FDA clearance we don't hold. Our 510(k) registration is in progress, and we support market-specific registration and documentation — ask us about the route for the US or any market you're entering. (Our main FAQ also addresses FDA; this adds the registration-in-progress status.)
UN38.3 certifies that the lithium battery is safe to transport (air and sea freight) — it does not by itself mean the battery can go in an aircraft cabin. Cabin carry-on depends on the battery's watt-hours and the airline's own limits. UN38.3 test summaries are provided to verified buyers for customs and freight.
Cabin carry-on depends on watt-hours, and many airlines cap removable mobility batteries around 300 Wh for the cabin. So ultralight chairs with smaller batteries are generally more cabin-friendly, while higher-capacity models — for example Recline Pro (dual 576 Wh) and City Range (360 Wh) — exceed typical cabin limits and travel as freight. Always confirm with the specific carrier.
Yes — certificates, Declarations of Conformity, UN38.3 test summaries and the commercial documents for your shipment are provided to verified buyers. Tell us the destination market and we'll confirm the document set you'll need at the border.
We quote on standard Incoterms including FOB and CIF, and can discuss other terms such as DDP depending on the destination and order. The Incoterm, port of loading and packaging are confirmed per order with your quote. (Our main FAQ covers shipping by sea/air and FOB/CIF in general; this confirms DDP can be discussed.)
Port of loading is confirmed per order, and you're welcome to nominate your own freight forwarder on FOB terms — many distributors do. Tell us your preferred port and forwarder and we'll align the shipment to it.
Sea freight is the standard choice for full or part-container volumes and is more economical per unit; air freight suits small, urgent or sample shipments. Both move lithium-battery chairs under UN38.3. We'll advise the better mode once we know your volume and timing.
Units per 40HQ depend on the model and its carton dimensions, since a folding ultralight packs very differently from a comfort-recline chair. We confirm the per-model carton size and 40HQ loading figures on request so you can plan freight and landed cost.
On CIF terms, marine insurance is arranged as part of the Incoterm; on FOB terms, insurance is on your side once the goods are on board. We confirm exactly what's covered against the Incoterm on your quote.
Chairs are packed for international freight with the lithium battery handled per UN38.3 transport requirements. Exact carton dimensions, gross weight and the in-the-box contents are confirmed per model on request.
Warranty is provided to our distributor partners, with the period and the covered-versus-excluded scope confirmed on your agreement. We set this per model and program rather than publishing a single blanket term. (Our main FAQ notes warranty is provided; this clarifies it's defined on your agreement, with scope.)
Spare-parts supply is provided to distributor partners so you can service the chairs you sell in-market. Parts availability and ordering are set up with your distribution agreement; tell us the models you'll carry and we'll confirm the parts programme.
Warranty claims and returns follow an RMA process agreed with our distributor partners — you raise the claim with the model, serial and fault details, and we confirm the handling and timing on your agreement. We don't publish a fixed turnaround here because it's set per program.
Technical support is provided to distributor partners — covering product, configuration and service questions for the models you carry — so your in-market team can support end users. The support channel and scope are confirmed on your agreement.
Yes — video inspection of your production run is available on request, and every chair is function-tested at end of line (powered, driven and braked) before shipment under our ISO 13485 quality system. Ask for video inspection when you place the order.
Yes — under OEM / private label your manuals can carry your brand, and we provide the product documentation for the models you order. Language and content are agreed as part of the OEM scope.
